ClimateLaunchpad 2015 is the biggest European competition of business ideas and takes place in 27 countries. ClimateLaunchpad is discovering more than 1,000 new ideas in the field of clean technologies to combat climate change and helps ambitious entrepreneurs to change the idea into a global deal. The competition was first held within each country and our project Land Sharing entered in the finals of competition in Slovenia, organized by the CONOT in cooperation with the Institute of Chemistry, Ljubljana and the Ljubljana Technology Park. The first part of the competition was a two-day Boot Camp (a two-day training of business strategy), which was held from 21. to 22. April at the Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana under the mentorship of Chrétien Herben. The purpose of Boot Camp training was to prepare participants to the national finals, which took place on 10.06.2015 in Ljubljana Technology Park. Each team presented its business plan for the jury. Selected team ranked in the European final which will take place on 4th September 2015 in the Netherlands.
